We find inspiration in the idea of being quietly successful, emphasizing the value we place on genuine connections and the quality of our work

Our journey begins as a convergence of diverse industry experiences, each member of Lindy bringing their unique expertise to the table. United by a shared commitment to authenticity and excellence, the Lindy team was born. With a wealth of knowledge and practical insights, we’ve embraced a boutique approach, prioritizing detailed attention to each project. Our focus is on crafting uniquely individualized spaces that are tailored to the collective vision we have established with you. Lindy was created from the belief that a well-defined and executed process is the foundation for success.

Our brand has been developed with like-minded experts who are all equally passionate about what it means to affect the home of another; and who deeply comprehend the undeniable impact of both design and construction on spaces that are sacred, meaningful, and timeless. We hold this responsibility in the highest regard and never take lightly the trust our clients place in us to guide them on this journey. To that end, we are the ideal resource for exactly that: a safe and trustworthy guide through a process that is often complicated, nuanced, and exciting. We can’t wait to work with you to create a distinct essence of home with care, precision, and consciousness.

THE LINDY MISSION

At Lindy Design Build, our mission is deeply rooted in understanding that a home is more than just walls and floors; it’s where experience defines memories. We believe in the transformative power of interior design and well-executed construction, not just to create beautiful spaces, but to craft something tangible that brings to life the most beautiful parts of who you are. Our relationship with the science and art of design empowers us to create space that will help you feel at one with your environment, manifest the ideal qualities of your life, and understand happiness in a physical place that has been created just for you. Central to our approach is the art of discovery: delving into the essence of what space means to you and the feeling you hope to achieve there. By listening intently and empathetically, we uncover the nuances of your desires, preferences, and lifestyle; creating a vision in partnership with you. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to our process, we guide you through every step of the design and construction journey, ensuring a meaningful and successful experience from start to finish.

GENUINELY GOOD

Our Construction Credentials

Lars Lindquist, our Managing Partner, holds a General Contractor license and has been building in the residential remodeling space since he was 17 years old. That is not a biographical detail; it is the reason our projects finish on time and on budget at a rate our clients consistently remark on.

Dave Lowrey, our Superintendent, brings more than 40 years of construction experience to every project we take on. He has managed his own remodeling company, overseen new home construction, and built custom cabinetry at a level of craft that most residential firms cannot match. Dave is on site. He knows the work firsthand.

Together, Lars and Dave represent something genuinely rare in the residential remodeling market: a construction team with the depth and discipline to execute complex scopes without the surprises that tend to define the industry's reputation.

When we say our projects run on time and on budget, we mean it in a documented, verifiable sense. Our clients' reviews bear that out. Our process is designed to produce that outcome on every project, not as a goal but as the baseline expectation.

We are licensed, insured, and permitted for residential remodeling work across Denver and surrounding municipalities including Lakewood, Aurora, Golden, Littleton, and Jefferson County.

    Lars Lindquist

Lars Lindquist, Managing Partner at Lindy Design Build, is a licensed General Contractor who has been building in the residential construction industry since he was 17 years old. That foundation in the trades gives him a level of field knowledge that most design-build managers simply do not have, and it is what allows Lindy to make and keep the kind of commitments around schedule and budget that define our reputation.

Lars spent years in construction before developing the business strategy and process discipline that shaped how Lindy operates today. He believes that a well-defined process is what separates projects that go well from projects that do not, and he built Lindy's three-phase model around that conviction. When he is not managing projects, Lars plays music, cooks, and takes on home projects with friends and family.

The Lindy Impact: Lars's GC license and construction depth mean that design decisions at Lindy are always made with a clear understanding of how they will be built. That integration produces more reliable outcomes and fewer surprises than the standard design-then-build model delivers.

    Dave Lowrey

As Superintendent at Lindy Design Build, Dave Lowrey brings over 40 years of construction experience, including residential remodeling, new home construction, and custom cabinetry. He has successfully managed his own remodeling company, overseeing all aspects of project planning, client consultation, and team management. With a strong background in both hands-on craftsmanship and business operations, Dave ensures each project is executed with precision and care. Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and fishing.

The Lindy Impact: Dave's deep expertise in both hands-on construction and project management ensures that every Lindy Design Build project is executed with precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. His commitment to quality and customer service is at the core of everything he does.

  • Vivi Avila

Vivi Avila, Designer, brings nine years of experience and a background in Interior Architecture to her role as Designer at Lindy Design Build. That architectural foundation is a real asset on a design-build team: she thinks about spaces in terms of how they are built and how they live, and moves fluidly between both.

Vivi produces the detailed 3D renderings that help clients see their finished space clearly before construction begins, and she leads the construction documentation that carries design intent through to the build. That handoff is where a lot of projects lose something. Hers do not. Outside of work, Vivi enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family.

The Lindy Impact: Vivi's ability to bridge design vision and construction reality, through clear visuals and precise documentation, means clients know what they are getting and the build team knows how to deliver it.
