We were thrilled to join this project just as our clients were closing on their new home. Already in love with the building, they saw this condo as the perfect opportunity to enjoy even better views and uncover its full potential. Our clients envisioned an enticing 21st-floor nest where they could soak in the views and rejuvenate their spirits. They wanted a playful modern aesthetic that felt inviting, with pops of color against a fresh palette. We eagerly took on the challenge, removing every trace of glitter wallpaper, crystal light fixtures, and dark flooring to create a clean slate and infuse our clients’ personalities into their new home.

THE foyer
Upon entering the front door, you're immediately greeted by expansive views. We wanted to emphasize this feature with our design, creating a space that draws you in and ushers you to the light-filled heart of the home. We introduced deep shades on the walls and whitewashed flooring to set the tone for the contrasting elements used throughout.
A personal favorite: our clients owned a fantastic piece of art featuring David Bowie, which we used as inspiration for the color palette throughout the entire home. Hanging it at the entry to introduce you to the vibes of this home from your first step in was a no-brainer.
the dining room
The dining room is the first space you see when entering this home, so we wanted it to feel inviting and captivating. We chose a mural wallpaper to wrap the walls, adding a soft yet intriguing backdrop to the clean lines of the light fixture and furniture. Every space needs a touch of playfulness, and the classic wishbone chair in a cheerful green does just the trick!
the kitchen
The existing kitchen needed a refresh, so we introduced large pendant lights, sleek cabinetry hardware, and a spunky faucet to make it feel seamlessly integrated with the rest of the home.
the living room
Wrapped in glass, this showstopping space boasts unparalleled views! With natural light pouring in, we continued the handsome color palette, creating striking moments of contrast. We kept the furniture low to maximize the views, added a punchy rug to pop against the roomy sectional, and introduced curved accent pieces to offset the linear architecture of the space.
THE guest bedroom
This guest room is brimming with sophisticated spunk! With shag carpeting, pops of luscious color, and wooden dots dancing across the wall, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to welcome our client's out-of-town guests.
THE primary bedroom
Let the color shine! We embraced the opportunity to offer a peek into a vibrant world through the open bedroom door, creating a striking contrast with the neutral tones of the home’s social areas. This room exudes the ambiance of a sophisticated retreat, with rich jewel tones adding the depth and intrigue it truly deserves.
