Our three-phased approach serves as a roadmap, empowering our clients to navigate through the often-complex environment of residential remodeling with confidence and ease. From our initial Feasibility Study, where we chart the course and set the direction, to the meticulous Design and Pre-Construction phase, where we methodically plan each step of the journey, and finally, to the exhilarating Build Phase, where all of our careful planning comes to fruition, we’re there to guide and direct through every twist and turn. Our goal is to create a process and environment in which our clients feel truly heard and inspired, collaborating with us to craft a home that genuinely embodies their unique character.

We’re on a fact finding mission in this phase. We work with clients to establish their project goals + priorities as we develop layout options. We prompt clients to dream big at this phase and explore all options to ensure we’re on the right path. We then develop the written scope of work, create the project estimate, and work with clients to define the project they’d like to move forward with
Deliverables: existing plan, demo plan, proposed plan, scope of work list, estimate, and rendering
Timeline: 6-10 weeks

This is where we dive into the nitty-gritty. We finalize layouts, design everything from key elements to tiny details, pull together the perfect finishes, create renderings + material boards, finalize construction documentation, submit for permits and start getting the team ready for construction.
Deliverables: renderings, material boards, updated project costs, construction documentation, specification binder
Timeline: 3-6 Months

Everyone’s hard work begins to pay off as all of our careful planning starts to come to fruition. We work with our in-house build team and trusted trade partners to bring all of our paper dreams to life.
